Terrain Navigator


Dynamically generated terrain based on a heightmap provided by the user. It has a first person camera that allows the user to navigate around the terrain.

  • Terrain generated based on a Heightmap
  • The terrain includes logic to ensure the player camera "sticks" to the terrain height. This gives the ilusion that the player is walking on the terrain.
  • The terrain uses 2 textures on the terrain. A base texture gives the general "grass/snow/dirt" color and a detail texture that makes the terrain look much more detailed.
